"I received a call from this clinic regarding my labs. I have called 4 times and still do not know the results. They don't return my calls. Also, recently saw the rheumatologist. I feel she was very unprofessional. She stated I haven't seen you in 4 months. Well I haven't seen her in almost a year. It's been a NP. Is she ever in the office? I will never go back there."

"Dr Delea was great but they over billed me for an appointment and they have ignored my numerous attempts at a refund. I doubt they would simply allow me to underpay and I question their billing practices and I would recommend finding another clinic."

"Dr. Al- Khalili is the best rheumatologist.. he took so much time with me and asked me all kinds of questions. He really made me feel like he cared & wanted to give me some answer's. He is very caring & compassionate! Thank you Dr Al-Khalili for diving into my issues to find out why I’ve been feeling so awful!"

"Current patient that has been hung up on twice by Karen their Insurance rep. She never has called to give me a status on my MRI ordered in December 2022 and when I call to get a status she is extremely rude, defensive and is unwilling to answer any of my questions. She just wants to give excuses as to why this isn't getting done. I'm probably going to have to find another Rheumatologist, unfortunately. I did speaker to a manager, the medical assistant and Dr Khalili, but nothing has been done and I'm sitting at home in pain the entire time. This Insurance rep KAREN is either incompetent or doesn't want to do her job, not to mention has zero customer service capabilities!"

"Love Dr Schectman who's very comprehensive but the office procedures are drive me crazy. I never receive an actual bill. They just tell me when I come in what insurance doesn't cover. Then when I pay what I owe they can't give me an invoice, just a cash register receipt that doesn't indicate what the payment was for. Such a receipt wouldn't be acceptable for tax documentation. Also, when I went to the lab one of the staff took my insurance card while the other prepped my arm. When she moved I saw a sign in front of me asking if I wanted results sent to other doctors. When I told the staff that I did, she said it was too late, she had closed the account. I suggested that maybe they should actually ask when they get your insurance card since the sign is not clearly visible behind the tech. I've been going to this practice for several years and the blood pressure machine always squeezes my arm so hard I've had to rip it off. The staff suggested I ask to have it taken manually. Other than that the medical care has always been excellent. They are putting new doctors on so we'll see how that goes."
