I am a Health insurance agent, and a representative did not give me the chance to ask for her name and other questions I have and when I was going to ask her a question, she just said thank you and hung up the phone. I was trying to help a patient who was told by these people that her health insurance was inactive, which it wasn't. Unprofessional and lack of care for their customers. I needed to make sure that the patient was going to receive services from this place."

"Dr James Francois at 9069 W. Olive Suite 112 Peoria AZ 85345, is the worst eye doctor I have ever been to. I have never had an eye dr tell me during the eye exam that I was giving him the wrong answers and to stop changing my mind. First he says I'm not blinking enough, then he tells me that I'm blinking too much and to stop it. He never asked to dilate my eyes either. Then to test my up close sight for my bifocals, he made the comment that I hope you'll give the right answers or your wasting my time. Then he just walked out of the room and I figured I should follow, he threw down my folder on the reception desk and told one the ladies up front that they will have fun with me since I can't give the right answer and make up my mind. WOW!! I have never had such an uncomfortable eye appointment in my life. I have had yearly eye exams since my 1st pair of glasses in 2nd grade. I know how to do them and no one should be treated that way, ever by a so called professional. I did order glasses, which was a huge mistake. I picked them up today and the RX is way off. I feel like I'm looking through a fishbowl. I can't see anything with them on. What did he do, write random numbers on my RX??? What a waste of my money and time!. I am going to get a 2nd opinion next week. I know my eyes have changed since last year but not that drastic. This guy is a poor excuse for a DR!"
