"Beware the appointments are only 15 minutes long and you can only address ONE concern during your visit. Nowhere is this mentioned on their website when booking, otherwise I would’ve stayed clear. They were running approximately 20-30 minutes behind and when they got to me, they said they could not refill my prescriptions and do a mole checkup and I’d have to pick one or the other. This means I would have to make another appointment, take off work, and pay another copay to come get my prescriptions refilled. The NP was very rude and didn’t even listen to me. The whole appointment was such a rush to get to the next person that if you want someone to listen and thoroughly evaluate you, I would never recommend this place to anyone."
"I drove 52 minutes just to go to this location in hopes that I would receive the care I desperately needed. Let me say that all my questions and concerns were answered and cared for. Staff is very respectful and friendly. Michelle was nothing but short of amazing and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!"
