"Spent a while looking for a new psychiatrist after my last one retired. Dr. Morgan is the only doctor I've found that was able to make me feel as comfortable and safe as my last one. I get the feeling that she understands my situation and never pushes me to hard towards anything I'm uncomfortable with."

"If I could give zero stars, I would! This was the WORST experience with a doctors office and/or customer service in my entire 38 years on this planet!! I do not know how she stays in business. The staff is extremely rude and incompetent. I waited 2 months for an appointment, then day they called to say woops! , the Dr. is on vacation today. She blamed this mistake on the "new computer system" which is their response to every mess up. I ended up having to reschedule for another month & 1/2 out. This is now my 2nd time taking a day off work. Getting toward the end of my 30 day prescription, I noticed there were no refills. Being that my appointment was not for another month, I called & called & called with no response. Finally, 2 weeks later, I left a nasty message demanding someone call me back. 7 hrs later someone finally called back & of course she was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! She said the Dr. would not refill it without seeing me & I explained that the Dr. had been booked up 2 months out last time I was there. She said that is the policy & there was nothing she could do. 2 & 1/2 months later I head out to the follow up appointment, it was early & I had had a migraine for the last 2 & 1/2 days so I googled the address because I could not remember where it was. Guess what? It's wrong!! I called repeatedly, the phone kept going straight to voice mail. A doctor walking out from the wrong building pointed me in the right direction of the correct building & I arrived 8 minutes late. When I got there, I got nothing but attitude!! She said it wasn't her fault the address was wrong & said that the Dr. could not see me because I showed up late. Then she stated that they would charge me my $60 co-pay anyway for being a "no show". I said hellooooo!!! I'm standing right here!! & the reason I was late is because your address is not updated. This was the 3rd day now that I had taken off work. She just kept telling me we would have to reschedule. I would NEVER go back there. I had come in for Xanax due to high stress at work. The stress received dealing with this office was much worse than anything going on at work!! Dr. Morgan needs to do a better job hiring people to run her practice, or soon she will not have a practice if everyone is treated as I was. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!! & EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!"
