"I got the run a round and a REFUSAL for service by Alexis because he could not find my insurance information even though it was on my card -he apparently wrote down the numbers wrong. Called Cigna customer service and they took care of it. Great service once I got passed him, but since he was the first to deal with Cigna gets one Star. Alexis could use some retraining in Customer service and being kind. Thought I'd give it another try. TERRIBLE lady at front desk... spoke to me with a straw in her mouth!"

"My mom went in for SOB on Thursday 1/11/2024 at approximately 2:45p. The woman at reception was immediately rude to her because my mom was unable to speak due to you know, not being able to breathe. She told my mom to calm down, and refused to check her in until she was calm enough. Then was irritated that she had to take a manual BP since my mom was fidgeting during the electric BP… come to find out her O2 was 91 (extremely low for her). My mom has never experienced SOB like this and was terrified, so to go seek treatment and be met with this unprofessional, lazy, pathetic excuse of a medical assistant was abhorrent to say the least. At the end of her visit the pathetic MA came in and delivered an even more pathetic apology, claiming she thought it was an overreaction on my mom’s part. As a medical professional myself, I’m appalled that this woman is not trained on signs and symptoms of SOB, bedside manner, nor does she possess any compassion. She should absolutely not be working in this field and with the public. All other staff at this location on that day were very kind and efficient"

"Went in signed up first thing in the morning and paid my $5.00. 15 minutes later they come out and tell me it will be an hour and a half. If you want to go down the street to another one you can I think it was ridiculous."

"Front office staff was great. Seeing the female person that checked me was humiliating. She was rude, rough, and careless with the delicate procedure (prefer not to mention it) that was done."

"The worst experience. Don’t get me wrong, nurses were pretty nice, the receptionist was rather rude, but clean place. Where it went downhill was when the doctor saw my mom, without taking any blood/x-ray/anything, he claimed the reason that my mom gained 40+ lbs in two weeks, was because she was disabled and fat! So we were dismissed! A few hours later, we had to call the ambulance and the doctors at Banner told us if we waited more than a day, MY MOM WOULD’VE BEEN DEAD! You guys should be ashamed! I am so disappointed that these people just dismissed all of my mom’s symptoms and didn’t even take any bloodwork or any labs, and told her she was fat. Never EVER going back."
