"Dr. Nizam was good at the testing, but I was a bit put off by the fact that I had a 7:40 appointment which I showed up for at 7:20 but wasn't seen for 30 minutes. Not sure why there was a hold-up but it's very frustrating to have an appointment and to have your time wasted with no explanation. Dr. Nizam was very professional and got right to the testing. It was a painful experience, but he got me through it and I appreciate his professionalism. I would just suggest that if there are delays, the patient should be advised."

"I felt this provider was in a rush to get through my appointment. This was my first visit with this neurologist and I couldn't even get through my health background effectively. This is a Veterans Administration "Community Care" provider who didn't have connection to my VA health records, didn't know anything about how the VA works, put in a request for meds that I can't afford because all my health care is within the VA Health network. I was given blood work request that I can't get done because the facility is NOT in the VA. This was a very unpleasant visit for me."

"Before I found Dr Nizam I struggled to find the right neurologist that would actually listen to what I was experiencing when it came to pain and migraines until I came across the core Institute and they paired me up with Dr. Nizam, by far, I am very happy and pleased with his care and as always, very compassionate, when it comes to hearing out what his patients have to say to ensure that he doesn’t miss anything that may be import. I highly recommend Dr. Nizam."

"I had a great experience with Dr Nizam. He arrived for my appointment on time, looked me in the eye and shook my hand. Spoke in terms I understood, was thorough with his physical assessment and interview, and took the time to address all of my concerns. Would definitely recommend"
