"This office is absurd. The receptionist does not pay attention. Even after repeating my information back to me twice on the phone, she still input it wrong. She told me the wrong appointment time, and when I got irritated, lied to my face about the information she provided. When she admitted the time she did tell me, she tried to say she was allotting 45 minutes to fill out paperwork - Something she never said to me when I made my appointment. While there, waiting, they let the reception staffs' grandchildren run in and out of the doctors office, with no concern to privacy or anything. After waiting an hour past my appointment, I left after having never been seen, even in passing or a hello, by a doctor."
