"I am waiting on my refund from the Mesa, Az location. I called and told Stephanie the day before my appointment and when I went in Jennifer tried to force me to stay on the HCG program and shots that were not working for me then she got belligerent with me because I stood my ground and told her I was there strictly for a refund. She then refused to give me my money back. Over $800.00. Then she went to some room and called Stephanie and I herd her on the phone tell her some lie about me. These people told me it would take 24 to 48 hours for a refund. I called Stephanie on the 8th of September and went to my appointment on the 9th of September. It's now September 10,2020 and yet and still no refund. Do not give these people your money."

"Buyer be careful, I tried this program 2 times. Originally back in 2012 and again in 2018. Both times started off great! Didn't have to try hard at all. The weight just melted away, then suddenly I completely stopped loosing no matter what I did it just wouldn't come off. I had to seriously count each visit in my calendar or they would try to say I had used up all my prepaid visits. I also noticed shortages of stock and color of my shots where not as red, it was if they had been watered down! Congratulations to those who lost weight and hit their goals. However, for those like myself who have many pounds to loose don't pan out in their program. We take much too long to loose our weight so they started to water down my shots because they no longer making big bucks off me. I refused to buy all their high priced supplies because I could get better products elsewhere, all I needed was their shots. They couldn't make money that way so watered them down. Shame on them!!!!"

"I read the reviews here and for the most part they are true. The staff is rude and the owner isn't concerned with customer satisfaction. They do not follow the CDC guidelines and they do not wear masks or gloves. The positive is that you CAN lose a lot of weight if you follow their program. Its fast weight loss and it is better then the other Hcg programs out there that use the old out dated and unsafe 500 calorie diet. Medshape uses a 1200 calorie a day diet and requires that you eat 4 times a day. I have done the program 2 times (I am about to start my 3rd) each time I have lost over 30 lbs within 4 weeks. I keep the weight off for about a year, then I gain it back, and its completely my own fault that I gain it back. Falling back into old habits and consuming too much sugar. Maintaining weight for some of us is a full time life long commitment. With this next 4 weeks of doing their program, I have decided to add an exercise program that I am going to continue after the Hcg is gone. And if I see any weight gain, I will do a maintenance program of Hcg before I gain too much. If you are committed to losing weight, this program has easy to follow meals and you can administer your own shots at home. This program works, you will just need to get past the bad attitude staff, and just check your HCG by using it on a pregnancy test, so you can be sure you got what you paid for. Start out with a 4 or 6 week program of Hcg and don't fall into the sales pitch to buy their food products, follow their diet plan and watch the weight fall off of you. You only have to deal with the staff at the time you pick up your supplies, or you could even have it mailed to you. Good luck and be safe!"

"DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY!!! I went for 3 weeks. Each week I was given a different supplement based on what “samples that they had that day”. Zero consistency. Zero communication between employees. Complete racket and you will not leave happy."
