"This office was great. From beginning to end I was pleasantly surprised by the level of care shown by every person I encountered. I called for my appointment, and the receptionist was polite and helpful and was able to get me in as soon as possible, which was the next morning (when I called pretty late in the afternoon). When I arrived, the front desk was prompt and genuinely nice, and seemed willing to help with any issue I might have with any paperwork or issue that might have come up. The nurse was cheerful and showed concern for my comfort and quality of care. She was also professional and seamless in her transitions of different intake tests that were needed, informative of what she was doing, and able to hold a nice conversation while caring for my needs. The nurse practitioner was thorough, also caring, and made me feel like a priority instead of just another patient or number like other offices seem to treat people. The phlebotomist was amazing! Offices usually have to send me over to a lab to get my blood drawn, but she was more than proficient, listened to and took into account the issues people usually have when drawing my blood, and even got 5 vials when most others struggle to get even half of a vial from me! She was also friendly and professional, and made me feel safe and comfortable in her care. Overall, if you are looking for a Doctors office that actually cares for their patients, I would definitely come give them a try! This is the best experience I've had at a medical office in many years!"
