"Went in for a simple drug panel for a new job. The girls at the front were very welcoming and kind, but the older woman in the back who did the test was awful and treated me like a criminal. She had a thick mask over her face so I could barely hear her and she seemed annoyed and inconvenienced by me because I couldn’t understand a word she was saying. She would tell me “I didn’t tell you to move yet” like I was a dog or something. Then after I got out of the bathroom she told me I couldn’t wash my hands? Very strange interaction. Next time someone comes in for their job, try not to treat them like they’re an inmate."

"The place was professional and clean and I like that a lot. But my review is below par because of the way I feel I was treated by the technicians. As I was in the waiting room, I could’ve drank 100 bottles of water. They were right there, but I didn’t nor was I encouraged to drink any water for my employment screen. When I got in the back, She was very abrupt with how much time I had, and what I couldn’t do , never cracking a smile, and it just seemed very militant. Because I couldn’t “go” in such a hostile setting, I had to try a couple of times, and then one attempt was given less than the four minutes. I had to wait on those blue chairs multiple times, and only one time did a staff member, a man, talk to me. The rest of the three hours nobody talked to me. I felt like a drone. I think your staff can be friendlier. Think as we’re waiting in the lobby they should encourage us to drink water because once we get in the back we’re only gonna be allowed five tiny bottles. I think they should encourage us to let them know if we need something like water running which once I told her that’s what I needed was helpful. But before I said anything, was not offered. I just think your staff should remember they’re working with people and not with widgets. The receptionist was very friendly. it needs to be that way in the back too."

"My name is Paul and I was in for a physical, this was one of the busiest clinics I have been to. The front office, Ale did absolutely phenomenal, efficient and organized. Ale was doing so many things at once it was like art. There were so many people there and I got back at a fair time, Jose in the back was great, he was patient with me while I was finishing my paperwork. Dr Vasko was professional and has excellent door to door time, I had a phenomenal experience here."

"First let me start off by saying they don't deserve the 1 star. Google needs to fix that so if they deserve 0 stars they would receive 0 stars. Went in for an appointment upon arrival you would think you would be in and out due to there only being 7 patients in the waiting area. I was told my wait was an hour to hour and half and that was with an appointment.The back desk lady was rude. No empathy or kindness and wouldn't listen to anything that I was trying to tell her. She kept repeating she had been there 8 years. Who cares how long you've been on your job? I'm here to be seen and heard not you. After being seen I know I'll never go back there. You just can't find good doctors offices anywhere nowadays. It's truly sad."

"My experience was great! I was told when I walked in I could have up to an hour wait for an injection and blood draw. It was way less than that. Granted it was a Friday in the afternoon. I would highly recommend this place for your occupational needs. Oh and my MA was wonderful as well. Great bedside manner."
