"I have had a shoulder injury that has been troubling for over a year. It was restricting me in overhead movement, and was keeping me from swimming. A morning stretch was also painful. I tried working on it several ways, but it wasn’t getting any better. After my first session at Athletico in Peoria I felt relief. I have continued going for a few weeks now and my shoulder has been getting better and better. My overhead movement is much improved and my morning stretch feels great. I am going to get back in the pool very soon to test out my shoulder in swimming. I am a fan now of physical therapy and give Ricky, Roger, and their crew a big recommendations."
