"In December I was given an appointment date at this office and was given a time and the address. The address was wrong, the office was closed. I called and was told that office was closed on that day. It is now March and I made an appointment after being on hold half an hour when they said they would call back , never happened. Called next day, got through, made appointment for 11:15 and today I get a text reminding me my appointment is at 3:15. Again Ive been on hold for over half an hour to find out just when I am to be there. Now I am told it has been canceled, rescheduled for April. What a joke and poor service."

"Extremely bad customer service front desk is horrible was on our way for my mother’s appointment which is a 40 minute drive and they called 10 minutes before getting there to cancel the appointment. My mother was rescheduled for another appointment tomorrow at 12pm. But received a call today, that it was canceled again with no explanation. Tried calling back to get an answer for the cancellation and they told me that the phone line was down and that they will return my call back tomorrow or to call back. Very unpleasant experience will be looking somewhere else. Please be careful. My mom was hospitalized."
