"Went in for a yearly physical, got blood drawn, and the lady there had a miserable look on her face, like not wanting to be there. Anyway, 4 days later and my arm is still bruised up by the way she carelessly drew blood. 2-28-24 UPDATE... Had to go in for a second blood drawn. She was very nice about it today. Pretty sure she was having a bad day last week. This time everything went well, and she was nice today. I do appreciate good customer service."
