"Expect no help and rude receptionist. How that Dr. is allowed to practice medicine is beyond me."

"My husband has been seen there 3 times in less than 10 days. First visit for sudden bad headache, then turns out later he got shingles on his face which he went to urgent care again for meds to help. He then returns to urgent care for an going on ear pain since the shingles. pretty sure his ear drum ruptured because he had yellow fluid and blood that had come out. They script him antibiotic ear drops and no pain meds when he asked for something more than tylenol. he was on the verg of taking too much tylenol since it wasn't helping the pain and he's allergic to NSAIDs and was told there's nothing more they could do. I called to ask for them to send a script of 3 days or Norco or something stronger than tylenol. Then was told that he'd have to come back for another visit because they'd have to drug screen him per their policy. Like why didn't you just do it while he as there instead of saying there's nothing they can give him. They can see why he's been going. Then in the patient notes in his chart said I "continued to argue" when I simply was asking why does he need another whole visit when he's been seen for it already. Wasn't rude. He can could go pee in a cup and then send the script or how about don't lie and say there's nothing more for pain we can give. Try ONLY taking tylenol with a ruptured ear drum with shingles on the same side of your face. I get the whole don't wanna give too many controlled meds but come on people. There's a difference between drug seeking and people who actually have something that is visually wrong with them AND FREAKING PAINFUL like a shingles rash and ruptured ear drum on the SAME SIDE OF YOUR FACE. I honestly don't care if this place sees this. We aren't coming back anyway. Poor management of patient care."

"My wife got sick this last week and we went here first. Big mistake. The nurse, who had an air pod in her ear the whole visit, got visible frustrated when my in-pain wife couldn't answer questions right away. Then the Flu results were negative, they sent us to ER for fluids (only good call here). We went to the ER and got fluids and got a full test since this Urgent Care didn't test for COVID, turns out she does have the Flu. Thanks for nothing Honor Health UC"

"Having just moved to Arizona recently, we were without a PCP and our employee insurance hasn't started yet. After reading reviews in our area, we decided to try this place out when necessary. My 9 year old daughter came down with flu symptoms and we needed someone that could confirm a diagnosis for her fast, and make sure she hadn't developed any complications from it. At 9 a.m., I scheduled her appointment online for 10:30 a.m. today. We arrived at 10:20 to fill in necessary paperwork (all done electronically on a tablet within minutes) and were seen by 10:35 a.m.! Positive Influenza B result within minutes and they truly listened to our concerns. Everyone was very kind and helpful in there, from the front office to the physician! Thanks so much. (Just a heads up, prices without insurance start around the $130 mark and go up to around $300 depending on what testing, etc needs to be done.. and 50% of that is due at time of service for self pay. Ours was $160 for basic exam/flu test, so I paid $80 today for services and will be billed for the remainder.) I do recommend this place! It is very clean and the staff were great!"

"Everyone at this facility is amazing! The front desk, nurse and doctor were all so sweet and genuinely caring. I came in with full blown flu 103 fever very sick the receptionists helped me check in as quickly as possible and helped with the iPad. The whole place was super clean with masks and tissues available as well as tea. The nurse was very caring and kind and the doctor was outstanding. Quick flu test and a prescription sent right to the pharmacy. Best urgent care experience I've ever had! 2 days later and I'm feeling so much better. Thank you!"
