The medical staff is fantastic, in that they listen to their patients and discuss all options of treatment. Because they take their time with every patient, wait times can seem a bit long, but then they are with you for the time YOU need, so why begrudge another patient?!!"
"As a person with a Chronic Illness that was difficult to diagnose and get correct treatment for, I've had a lot of experience with bad Doctors, but I've been really impressed with Dr. Arvind. He took a comprehensive history, made sure I had the opportunity to ask questions, made my care a conversation, gave me the opportunity to order relevant blood tests, and in general had the right balance of guiding me as a physician while respecting my experiences as a patient with a complex chronic illness. If you want a Dr. who's going to be on your side, not get caught up in the bureaucracy that impedes good quality patient care, and in general offers great primary care, I'd really recommend Dr. Arvind. It took trying a few different Drs out in the area & many hours of research for me to land in Trident Health, but I'm really happy with the outcome."

"I recently had my first visit at Trident Health. I was experiencing abdominal pain and my regular PCP was unable to see me for several days. A friend recommended Trident Health so I decided to give them a call. Fortunately, I was able to get an appointment that afternoon. The front office staff was courteous. The nurse practitioner was very professional. She listened to my complaints and ordered imaging and medication right away. Overall, I was very pleased with the staff and their willingness to work me in on short notice."
