"I have used Total Mobile Medical at least 4 times, and every time I am impressed with the outstanding customer service. Jess is kind and quick to respond. One of my most recent tele-med appointments was one day before I had to get a plane for a 14 hour flight. I had a bad case of the runs and the thought of getting on a 14 hour plane ride was terrifying. Jess prescribed a couple medications, and after taking them my issues resolved prior to getting on the plane. I will continue to use Total Mobile Medical and I recommend it to my family and friends. Jess is professional, understanding, and offers a variety of services. It is almost like one-stop shopping for medical care. "At first Jess was great and helpful and I must say the process works and I never felt better. However he sent a text while I was out of town to get blood work and since I was out of town for work I did not respond right away as I couldn’t do anything about getting blood work until I came back. A few days went by and the next text I get is he’s firing me as a client because I did not respond. I had just spent a few thousand dollars I was not expecting that text message. If you end up working with Jess just be sure to respond even if you’re flying or on vacation because if you don’t he will fire you."
