"Very unprofessional check in staff. On arrival everyone was assisting others or on the phone so we signed in. No one checked the clip board for 30min. Once they checked pt in pt was brought back within two minutes but staff continued bad mouthing pt loudly and denying what they had done. So offended. I will not be coming back and find a new doctor."

"Came in for a quick stitch for a minor cut. 1 single stitch and 20 minutes later I asked for the cash price and was told they have no idea and to reach out to billing after a few days. Then I get hit with a bill in the mail for $5800. Good Luck p say agetting a penny from me, bad business practices will not be rewarded. I can see now why medical bills can’t affect your credit eligibility. Even credit agencies know you’re a scam. Will never come here again."

"Wish I could give a zero. I scheduled a physical since I was new to town, when I got there the doc said they don't do them on a first visit even if that what was scheduled. We talked for about 5 minutes if that. I didn't like the guy or their setup. I cancelled their follow-up for the physical. They billed me and my insurance company for a full physical. I called and said that they needed to adjust the bill since I didn't get the services they billed for. The lady I talked to said too bad they are not changing it. I reported them to my insurance company for what I consider insurance billing fraud. My insurance company called them and they lied to them and told them that they did all they need to do. I would highly recommend staying away from this group. I can put up with a lot of bad service, but lying for the money in the medical field is just too much to not write a review about how they really treat people who come through their door. Stay Away! Update after my insurance company contacted them, for these charges they did finally refund me. Still a terrible way to do business and treat people they are supposed to be treating."

"Our family had used this ER in 2020 with no issues. January of 2021 I went to the ER. Treatment & care was okay. Our problem is with billing. We come to find out we owe the ER Doc because they are not in our insurance network. We did our due diligence to be sure we were using an in network facility before going so you can imagine our frustration when we received the bill from the ER Dr. Calling did zero good as the. drs services are billed through a billing service & they stick to a script. We will not use this facility again and I would advise anyone who does to ask questions. So disappointing!"
