"Unable to get an appointment with my daughter’s pediatrician, I began searching for a local urgent care. I stumbled upon My Dr. Now and I found it intriguing that it was a primary care doctor that accepted walk-ins. When we arrived we were immediately greeted by Alex, who answered all of my questions and really made the check in process as simple as possible. Within moments of completing the digital paperwork, Jody took us back and began to get vitals on my daughter. Jody was very personable which helped my daughter feel at ease. My daughter was examined by the PA, Erin Wolf. She was extremely kind and thorough. Jody provided us with my daughter’s discharge paperwork as she walked us back up to Alex which included the summary of the visit, a copy of the order for an x-ray and a copy of the referral for physical therapy. Alex then scheduled my daughter a follow-up visit before we headed out for the x-ray. What sets My Dr. Now apart from your typical urgent care is that they can get tests and referrals taken care of rather than just referring you back to your primary care doctor. My Dr. Now is a much better alternative than going to a typical urgent care. The facility was clean and organized! We will be sure to refer others."
