"Showed up to do the scary room and two girls were there and wanted to go home early and cancelled the room as we were walking in while they were hanging out outside doing who knows what. Then drove off… that really sucked. We drove far and was so excited to do this room recommended to us by the ren fest. Waste of time. They would rather leave us alone in the dark and not tend to customers… We were making the appointment. It said there was a room available at 1030 and we were there 45 minutes early. Once we showed up and clicked book, it disappeared on us. Bc they cancelled it once we showed up."
"This place is amazing, we are already planning our next trip in! The room we did was The Doll House, a great challenge! Our Game Master was Kat. She is a lot of fun, and really knows her stuff! She gives just the right prompt without giving anything away."

"First escape room experience for me. Went with my work team. United Escapes in Mesa was great! They were prepared, well organized and efficient. The escape room was fairly simple and small - the Tea Room - fashioned after the Queen in Alice and Wonderland. I felt the clues were exceptional, challenging, but doable. Solved clues to get lock codes. Opened padlocked doors to get more clues. We were given about 45 minutes, and we completed it in a little less than 35 min. I would be willing to go back and try some other rooms."
