"Had to return three times and they couldn' t get it right. Paid about $400 for eyeglasses and can't even wear them. They advised me that if returned, that I would have to pay them again. DO NOT RECOMMEND. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE."

"I went to hills optical for the first time back in December of 2021 after struggling due to the limited amount of places in Nogales, (I had some issues with Nationwide personnel). I was hesitant at first due to the fact that my sons insurance basically covered little to nothing and I was having to pay more here than Nationwide. However the professionalism and knowledge of Juan was great! He knew prices and lenses and every question, big or small he answered with a smile on his face. I am happy with Hills but beyond thankful for Juan who made the somewhat stressful situation of another location, be less stressful. I will definitely be back!"

"My wife and I lpurchased glasses at Hill optical 4 months ago. The plastic frame on my wife's glasses ended up breaking at the lense. They had a year worantee so they replaced the frame but charged us $25 for shipping. It seems like if it was a decant worantee they would have been replaced for free. We will not go back there again for our glasses or our eye checkups. I also don't like that they don't post there prices for there lenses."

"Very friendly and courteous staff. Went in today because I had gotten small flecks of oil based paint on the lenses. They quickly removed the paint and thoroughly cleaned the lenses. I purchased two pairs of glasses from them six months ago and have been very pleased with both pairs. You can easily see how much better this family owned business is when compared to a large national eyeglass chain. Excellent personal service."
