"I'm not a pt there & definitely would not choose this place. Calling this place is horrible, I can never speak to a live person. It either goes to voice mail or it just rings and rings. I called at 355pm & was hung up on because the office closes at 4pm. I ALWAYS get Samantha's & Alva (I believe the name is) Voice mails. Not a patient care facility!!!!"

"I discovered a problem with the current protocol for booking and changing appointments. My appointment was scheduled for 7:45 this morning. I arrived at 6:57 and waited 10 minutes. since there was no sign of life. (receptionist claims they were there). No cars were in the lot and no lights. the sign on the door said office hours start at 8:00. My wife and I waited till 7:07. We went home and i tried the main number to no avail. the message said to hold for offsite help], if this is an emergency. It wasn't. I tried to access the patient portal and found the ISP address changed and access blocked. I waited until 7:55 and returned to the Doctor's office. I put in the penalty box and made to wait 30 minutes to be told i missed an appointment by 10 minutes and would need to reschedule. This is standard practice at almost all medical practices. This would be classified as an contract you cant fulfill because it is structured to prevent performance. I'm certain this is not the first time this has happened. This is not a knock on The Doctors or their fine professional staff. This needs to be fixed ."

"I was a bit reticent to establish my primary health to a clinic as I moved from LA where doctors and hospitals are plentiful! I researched and asked some acquaintances here in Green Valley, AZ and was referred to Comprehensive Medical Care. I have been a patient for 3 years now and have seen Dr. Yuri Talalaev, Dr. Marin and their Family Nurse Practitioner, Rebekah Lewis. I heartily recommend all three as being extremely knowledgeable, caring and right on every diagnosis for me! Each one of them takes the time to listen, review and make sure that I understand all my options. They do not order unnecessary tests and are experienced in all aspects of eastern and western medicine The staff and nurses are always extremely courteous, efficient and caring. I usually do not write reviews for anything; however, I am so pleased to have found a reliable practice for such an important commodity as my health. I hope this review will be helpful to more people who haven't found the right practice yet."
