"Do not go here, a completely bad experience from start to the end with Zachary Sheppard. Please don’t waste your time or money as I did for over a year and I am the reviewer (Lex) husband. The absolute worst medical facility I have been to with the most unprofessional drs and staff. Do not go here, they won’t help you. Don’t make the mistakes and pay what I did don’t do it stay away."

"I never write reviews, but I feel as a safety precaution to others I need too. My husband has gone to this office for over a year now and just recently received a phone call he’s been dropped as a patient, the explanation being that over a 12 month period he’s missed too many appts, 3 total. We have a special needs daughter with level 3 autism, she’s enrolled in many therapies, and needs around the clock care, I am not disputing that he may have missed a couple of his appointments within a years time and had to reschedule as our schedule is already booked/packed and hectic!! Zach Shepard, who was his doctor has tried to push certain anti depressant medications on my husband for months which he was hesitant to try because his own brother passed away from suicide a few years ago starting that type of medication. After repeatedly being pushed to take it, my husband started an SSRI 2 months ago. Just recently he got a call that he’s been dropped for missing too many appts, in BETWEEN appts, and they took it upon themselves to cancel his upcoming appt with no other alternative on how to get his medication. they’ve not only put my husband in a difficult spot but they are affecting an entire Family. I stay home with my special needs daughter who needs me and has severe health issues of her own, our family is now even more at a risk from this office’s careless and callous unprofessionalism, I am in shock and in disbelief a profession that is supposed to care for our most vulnerable population would leave a patient in a risky situation such as this. I implore you, especially parents, to not send your loved ones here, not only will they not receive the consistent and compassionate care that is much needed in this field, it could be potentially dangerous for them."

"Always taken care of. My doctors are great at listening. And the office staff is so nice to me. It feels like going to see friends and takes the stress of my problems and helps me feel more in control of my situation. I love the staff and doctors. Will always come here first."

"I know I was nervous when I first started seeing my doctor here because of all the bad Google reviews they had, so I just want to leave a good review in hopes to calm someone’s mind! I have been seeing Dr. Romer for a year now and she has been incredible at managing my meds and offering advice. The office staff are really nice and the nursing staff is incredible. I’m so thankful for this place for keeping me sane!"

"Going through a crisis and the office staff won't even answer the phone after an hour of calling. The office "girls" need to be replaced with staff whom are compassionate and understanding. I left a message for the medical assistant, whom called back in ten minutes. Thank you for being helpful. What is wrong with people? You chose this industry so act right."
