"Is there a worst place to go for urgent care? No. One time they up and closed and left a handful of us in the waiting room. Another time the misdiagnosed a simple skin infection. Another time they told my son he had a hernia. He did a consult with the surgeon and he said there was no sign of a hernia and said the Dr at Hurricane urgent is an idiot. He missed the whole season of wrestling because of that."

"I recently received treatment at the IHC Hurricane Valley Instacare for an acute illness I just couldn’t seem to overcome. The entire staff was friendly, efficient, and professional. I particularly want to mention Leslie McDonald, PA. She took time to sit in front of me, looked at, and listened intently to my signs/symptoms. This allowed her to draw on her experience and accurately diagnose a problem that left untreated could have been devastating. She was one hundred percent correct in her diagnosis and treatment plan.Thankfully we have a professional medical team so near. Have confidence that I will be back if medical assistance is needed again in my future. Thank you for the help, you’re the best!!! Jim"

"I was extremely impressed and pleasantly surprised with my visit here. I broke my arm off an E-bike in Zion, But really hate hospitals and was trying to convince my husband that I was fine and the sling that I had made out of my scarf was completely sufficient so I didn’t need to go to InstaCare. Needless to say, my argument did not hold up, and I was made to go to InstaCare. My visit was surprisingly painless other than the searing pain in my arm, of course. Every person I interacted with was very friendly knowledgeable, sociable, and made my visit as enjoyable as a visit including x-rays and a half cast for a very swollen, broken arm can be. They cannot prescribe narcotics, but they did prescribe an amphetamine for my pain. They were professional, helpful, and did a good job of explaining how to care for myself. I was instructed to get a full elbow cast 10 days later To allow swelling to go down so my nerves don’t get pinched if I were put into a full cast right away swelling continued to increase. They were very considerate of me and gentle with my arm. I appreciate it how loosely they wrapped the half cast on to allow for additional swelling and circulation. They included a very soft cotton layer, so the cast was as little bothersome as possible. They even explained what they were doing, why they were doing it, and they were wonderful at answering any further questions. The facility was in immaculate condition, and I think it is a very much needed addition to the Hurricane area. I loved that I didn’t have to drive all the way to St. George or Cedar city to get the help I needed."

"Very good experience, the staff is very friendly and the doctor is excellent. Yes, it is a long wait but it is worth it. Any questions or concerns are there to help you. It is the first time I have taken my son for a check-up. I give him 10/10."
