"Can’t ask for a better doc to have in your corner. Personable and knowledgeable. East to work with. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else for a primary care physician"

"Rude and unprofessional. This place shouldn't be in business. The receptionist should be fired. I wish I could give them no stars. My wife was treated with open hostility."

"Where should I even start... Communication is horrible, blood draw is a disaster. I am from the North East and I was in Utah for a boarding school which used Hurricane Family Clinic and I can bet many other students would say the same as I am. I remember one specific time that I came in for simple labs and waited for 40 minutes which was annoying but I was thinking hey, it happens. We get called back and are told- oh wait... we don't do this test (Lyme Disease) because it's not common in this area, that is not the annoying part, the issue is that they knew what my lab form was and we waited 40 minutes to be told they can't actually do it, just ugh so frustrating. Long story short the lady doing the labs, (newer person, blonde) spend forever trying to get my blood and we were told to go to insta-care down the street where they struggled to get my blood and were frustrated themselves that I had been poked so many times that the good veins weren't usable, they finally go just barely enough. A trip that should have taken an hour tops more like 45 minutes including driving ended up taking 2 hours... Insta care is great btw, awesome nurses that do a great job at blood draws. I almost gave this place a 2 star because there was this really awesome lady (CNA, nurse?) I don't remember her name but I believe she left and then the lady I mentioned who poked me at least 7 times took over from what I understand. So 1 star, would not recommend especially for lab work as I do not have as much experience in other areas to comment for certain. I'm not super medically knowledgeable but I have had more than enough occasions of blood draws to understand how they work as a patient."

"This place is a joke. They don't have any idea how to run a business. The secretaries are less than desirable to say the least. Moving appointment after appointment then there is always a very long wait, the doctor's own health problems affect this because he is constantly nodding off and falling asleep, mid examination. I myself have seen it numerous times. I do not recommend anyone coming here for health care. Unless you just want the extra stress and headache of trying to get in to see him. Also they have a hard time calling in your prescription, so hopefully no patient ever dies from not getting the meds they need, all because some half wit secretary can't seem to follow simple instructions."
