"I've been feeling so sick for the past two days, and I finally had the strength to get up and go to the ER. I had the worst pain in the side of my head to the base of my head, and I was feeling anxious. I also had the worst nauseated feeling and throwing up. I went in and was seen in 15 minutes. They took my vitals, and the Doctor came in to see me in about 20 minutes. The Charge Nurse was so kind and explained everything to me, he was such a great caring nurse. I was so pleased. I will be back if I need to. I was so happy by their service."

"I sought immediate care for my daughter's dog bite on her top lip, and the experience at this facility was exceptional. We were attended to in less than 30 minutes, and the front desk staff exhibited remarkable helpfulness and care. The nurse practitioner in the back was not only helpful but also garnered my daughter's affection. The entire medical staff demonstrated outstanding compassion and concern, providing excellent care for my daughter. Grateful for their dedicated service. Thank you"

"I was in the clinic for less than 30 mins for pelvic pain didnt feel like dr did really listen to my symptoms as he only pressed with his hand was then given medicine without explanation i did explain i had an iud it was not checked to see if it moved my primary dr also stated a pelvic ultrasound should have been done and was upset it didn't as I went in to my normal dr after still being in pain . Dr stated it was just a muscles cramping. The assistant came in to give me medicine and the other assistant to take a urine test dr was not seen again until i was discharged. I feel like I was not truly checked and I couldn't advocate for myself as I was in pain."

"I had a horrible experience last night. Around 7ish PM I decided to take a bite of an edible that I’ve had for several months in my closet. It was given to me by an old co-worker. Around 9 I started to get really scared as my chest felt tightened, seemed hard to breath. I literally felt like I was about to have a heart attack and die. I was thinking maybe the edible was to strong for me and I’ll be alright soon so I did not alarm anyone for about an hour maybe hour and a half. Finally I knew something wasn’t right and if I didn’t get help right away my beloved mother would find me dead. So I alerted my mother and she rushed my to this hospital. I met the front desk lady in a panic stating “I can’t breath”. The absolute meaning of No concern whatsoever I was greeted with by her. She was only worried about my information (name, insurance etc)… Moving forward the first attending nurse was very nonchalant, unwelcoming and cold. U would think a young woman begging and pleading saying something is seriously wrong and she’s having trouble breathing would get the attention of a educated nurse even maybe some sympathy… Not At All… Totally rude, going back in forth with my concerned and obviously scared mother instead of worrying about me and my crisis. Long story short. The edible was laced, after test came back the results showed thc and meth. I have never in my life used, experimented or even curious about meth. A lesson learned from me. Never take anything given to u. But I hope those staff saw the lesson too. They assumed it was just a gummy I couldn’t handle so they procrastinated and almost acted as if they didn’t care. No concern or warmth whatsoever. When u take a family member to the hospital u expect for them to at least try and make u feel comfortable and that they are going to help u to the best of their ability. I didn’t feel any of this last night. I felt like well “if I die, I die”…. I’ll never visit this place again and wouldn’t recommend anyone to take themselves or a loved one here."

"Nicole, the nurse there was so unprofessional! She left my husband a note on his discharge paper saying “feel better love -Nicole ❤️” with the heart and all. So unprofessional and not to mention rude. Definitely needs to be talked to or fired."
