"This store is always clean & organized"
"I went in for some wall decor and waited in line 25 mins to pay because they only had 1 cashier. The store manager came over to help out with a transaction and then just walked off ignoring the long line. Anyone in retail knows that if there’s a long line, everyone jumps on registers (even if you’re the store manager). Horrible experience!"
"Great variety and always something new"
"I want to make a call to the store so that from time to time they can observe how their cashiers serve customers, today a long line with only one cashier came to attend a second person with an unfriendly attitude, the person’s name is Kasandra from the Nogales Arizona store. These are difficult times, we are all in a hurry, we are stressed, or we have a health situation. So a little empathy wouldn't hurt at all. Smile instead of scolding the customer."
"I had the worst experience of my life going to this hobby lobby. The cashiers need training on identifying fake money. I had a legit $100 bill and they argued with me saying it was fake and they supposedly checked it with some flashlights they have and they had no batteries so how did they check if the flashlights didn't work? I went to the bank to check the bill and it was 100% real and they even said "what the hell is wrong with those people doing that?" Exactly! Made my wife and I feel like criminals in front of everyone. Instead of making tik toks they should learn how to better themselves on customer service."
