"Would give zero if I could. They have at least half a dozen tables advertising 50% off. I found one at a 50% off table, went to checkout and it was full price! Was told it was for certain hard cover books only!! Looking around, they all looked like paperback books to me. Congrats B & N, False advertising at its finest!"

"Nice big store inside the mall. It has a coffee shop with places to sit and a wide variety of books all around. The manga section was a bit small as is the graphic novel section for kids. My husband found some comic books and they even had some vinyl records. I feel like they need some bigger signs though for each section/genre so things are easier to find. The store is kept neat and clean though and the employees were friendly."
"I love books stores. This Barnes and Noble location is spacious and well layer out. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I came in 10 minutes before closing. The staff went out of their way to help. No sighing. No sideways looks. They were very helpful even though they had a lot to do before closing. The book I was looking for was covered up. It wasn't easy to find. The staff member, I wish I could remember her name, took the time to find the hidden book. Great service!"
