"It’s tough to describe how disappointed I am in the quality of product from this store. We purchased a leather sectional for over $6,000 and found after just a little over a year of use, the sides were peeling - to reveal that only key sections were actually genuine leather, while the rest was fake leather. Not only is this deceptive salesmanship, it is a breach of all standards of honest craftsmanship. I was initially pleased with the purchase. Now I just feel that I was tricked into believing that this would be anything like the full leather, high quality sofas we have purchased over the years. I cannot recommend this store to anyone wishing to purchase good quality furniture, since the practice at Living Spaces seems to be selling furniture which only appears to be well made."
"Myself and my family had a great experience at living Spaces today! We went there for a relatively small purchase. Zack, a member of their sales team was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Not only was he helpful from the very moment he greeted us, but he was very attentive the entire time through our buying process. "Don't buy a custom item. You won't be able to return it if you sign after the delivery. They'll drop off the couch and ask for you to sign with no time to determine if it's the right fit, color, etc. I had to fight to be able to return it just hours after my return and I was stuck maybe almost $1k in restocking fees when I returned it for a new couch. Terrible experience and I won't be going back."
