"Misrepresentation of product and failure to honor warranty. We spent $6,000 on outdoor furniture at the Scottsdale location, where the sales rep told us we were getting Sunbrella fabric (NOT!) with a 2-year warranty. After 10 months the fabric discolored on half the cushions, clearly from different dye lots, and the seams started coming apart. By the time I got around to filing for warranty it was past the 1-year warranty on a Chinese manufactured product and I am being denied support for this purchase. Thoroughly disgusted."

"Quality furniture. Salesman is "bad to the bone" and very knowledgeable. However, they will tell you items are "lifetime warranty " and you come to find out a few years later that is not true. For the price you pay, you'd expect full honesty and let the items sell themselves."

"Update: Update: The manager determined the water logging was normal for the cushions and was generous enough to give me two $75 covers so the cushions could be covered and protected when ever it rains. Buy Beware! I spent $2000 (on sale) on two Mallin Chaise lounges that came with what appeared to be nice Sunbrella cushions. I was told by the Chandler store manager the cushions were weather resistant and would repel water. I bought the chaises in March of 2019; they were stored in my living room when I left in late April until I returned in October. The chaises were rained on in early November. A full week later a severe storm was forecasted so I decided to bring the cushions in for cover. I was shocked to find them completely waterlogged after “drying” for a full week in the sun. The water just ran out of the cushions. When I called the store manager in Chandler, he told me that was normal, and they were not water repellent and water logging was to be expected. The FAQs page of their website states: “Are your cushions weather resistant? "Yes, because we construct our cushions with a poly-foam core, Dacron fiber, and Sunbrella outdoor fabrics they are all-weather resistant to prevent against waterlogging and mildew, snow, wind, and extreme sun-conditions.”"
