"Excellent up close and personal museum, fossils, petrified plants and animals, semiprecious stones, metal ore, crystals - amazing low prices on rough gem and mineral samples. Very interesting for ages 8 and up. My favorite? The well-lit magnifying glass gemstone cases - everything is named and labeled - fascinating to see gypsum crystals in so many different forms."
"Kiddo has really gotten into stones and gems lately so we visited on a Saturday afternoon. Not busy at all and admission is free! Walked around and truly enjoyed all the exhibits. Son enjoyed the sand pit and digging out 4 different items for FREE. So fun. Although it's small, we were there a little longer than an hour. Stop here to teach kids some fun stuff."
