"Full disclosure, I'm not a fan of big franchise "fast food" restaurants in general would rather go to an "OK" mom and pop place over a franchise place any day. This McDonald's is a PRIME example of why. Not only is the food WAY overpriced for quantity and quality 9 times outta 10 they cannot get basic orders correct. I cannot recall a time I have gone there where I didn't have a problem with an order. Usually what happens is someone doesn't know how to count higher than 3 and forgets an entire sandwich or 2 or a order or fries. I've complained in person and via email to them but nothing seems to get better so I have stopped going there entirely."
"This is an egg I got yesterday they don’t care what they serve as long as they get it out. The egg was gray and rubbery and the bread was hard likes been sitting there for a long time. Someone could get sick."
"There is a significant discrepancy in quality of food from the McDonald's in Coolidge, versus other McDonald's. I've ordered a egg, cheese and bacon biscuits in Coolidge. There biscuits are very hard and dry. You don't get real bacon. You get Micro-crumbles of bacon. Absolutely unacceptable. Meanwhile other McDonald's have a soft, fresh biscuit with actual strips of bacon in it. Burger buns have been dry too. There needs to be some Quality Control. It's been a real let down to have to a different city to get a better quality of food."
"The staff are always friendly, but if you’re thinking about using the mobile app for anything - just don’t. The app is nothing more than a frustration, they get you in with a coupon and then you can’t even use it. I’ve tried to use the app at least five times and every single time something has gone wrong."
"Typical McDonald's, fast service, correct items, and fresh. It's usually 50/50 on friendliness. Management should make sure their employees are able to smile at their job. More smiles and ill give yall 5 stars, can't have a happy meal without the happy."
