"The team here is very friendly and helpful. We had questions about the inflatables and we got them answered with a quick phone call. I chose pickup and the whole process took less than 10 minutes. A rep went over everything for me and let me know that their YouTube channel had information for setup and take down. The bouncy castle was a HUGE hit at my child's party. We had kids from ages 4-8 and everyone loved it. We got them peeled away for pizza, presents, and cake, but then it was right back to jumping! The videos were super helpful and I recommend everyone watch them when using the inflatables.
