"I've taken my boys (ages 6 and 5) to this playground more than 20 times in the last 16 months. We've had our share of ups and downs, from overflowing trash to subpar cleaning and the lack of Wi-Fi. However, our recent visit on a Wednesday was a pleasant surprise. The internet was finally working, the place was clean, and everything just clicked. It turned out to be a great spot for indoor activities, and I even managed to get some work done while my kids had a blast. I'm wondering if my previous issues were mainly due to the weekend rush and the place struggling to handle the crowd. I hope the positive changes, especially with internet and cleanliness, stick around. Despite these improvements, I still can't shake the feeling that the price, even with our third punch card, is a bit steep for what's offered."

"Fun idea (though a bit pricey) and my daughter enjoyed it while we were there. Unfortunately we weren't there long. Soon after arriving my daughter ran ahead into an electric scooter area. There's no supervision or gate to slow her down. She turned around to run back but a kid hit her on the back of the heel with the equipment. Since there are no shoes, it broke skin but with the sock rule, it kept rubbing her so she didn't want to do anything anymore because it hurt. I spoke with the front desk and requested a voucher to come a different day when it healed but she said the individual locations don't get that discretion so I would need to email corporate. I took a picture of the injury and the receipt and sent the email. About a day later a generic message said it would be reviewed. 48 hours later I followed up for when I should expect a response. It's now been another 48 hours of silence. For this type of industry, this should be a pretty regular request (especially for how many children I saw crying) that should already have a straight forward policy. I rather even just be told no refund under any circumstances than feel that their customer service is this incompetent."

"This place is great for younger kids. I have a 5 and 3 year old and they have a blast here. So much to do and play with. Lots of games, my kiddos especially love the air hockey and large legos. It does get a little warm due to all of the windows but it’s manageable. Prices are great and I love that we can play go have lunch and come back and play more that’s something that most indoor play places don’t have. Definitely more visits to come."

"Brought my 10 yo here for a birthday party. I thought it may not be entertaining for him, I was totally wrong. There are a lot of activities that not just young kids but also bigger kids can play together with younger ones. The area is bright, spacious, refreshing, and very colorful. I didn't see kids getting bored here. The area was clean and when I was in Restroom a lady came to check the status. They have a roster keeping track every 30 mins. I had to wear socks, no shoes allowed inside play area. But we have to keep track of our shoes."
