"Love that it’s a one and done class with strength training and cardio! Music is great the energy the coaches have is contagious! In a crazy world we live in . The one hr class is great for my mental health/ its me time and positive environment and I leave energized like the energizer bunny !"

"The main take away from all this is that from my experience OTF doesn't care about their customers and they just care about the money. If they really cared then they wouldn't have charged me for 3 months of membership when I wasn't able to use the membership due to medical reasons. I gave the manager at this location, Tanner, the benefit of the doubt that he cared and was going to keep his promise in helping me with my situation. For 3 months now, I have been waiting for him to sort out this situation and he's never called me back like he promised. I've always been the one calling him. I even asked him last week that I would like to speak to someone higher up since this is going nowhere the last few months. He said he would let them know and they would call me. I haven't received a call. Either he didn't bother to tell them or the higher ups just don't care. I wanted to share this, because it's caused a lot of unnecessary stress and I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone. Please read their negative reviews before you sign up with this company. I will update this review if they make it right."

"I have been a member of OTF for YEARS at this exact location. After a short break, I came back to South Chandler and was welcomed by a whole new group of staff! They were so engaging and welcoming! I couldn’t ask for a better team to greet me each time I walk in the door…special shout out to Tanner who always goes above and beyond to make my experience with OTF the best!!"

"I would normally give OT 5 stars but not in this instance. I have been a member since 2016. October of 2023 I called OT and left a lengthy message about how I was having surgery and that I had to suspend my account for at least two months and that if anything is needed to give me a call back. Never received a call back so I assumed everything is ok. Two months later I realized I had been charged for the time I had not used. Contacted OT and was told they never received my message and that there was nothing they would not refund me (the membership fee is not an easy amount to budget for). So I cancelled my membership. After 7 years of membership and me accommodating to OT countless changes in class scheduling (which makes me change my schedule), I would expect to be treated better then this for a change in my schedule. I have paid for two months of classes I did not use."

"South Chandler Orange Theory has THE BEST coaches and front desk staff around! They’re motivating and encouraging, always willing to help in any way possible. I feel like every time I’m in the studio I have a one-on-one personal trainer. Michelle and John push me to be a better person and stronger athlete. Their attitudes are positive and energetic every single class. I’ll empty my tank for them any day! Their music choices keep me motivated and energized throughout the entire class. There’s never a dull moment at SCOTF! The front desk staff are sweet and bubbly every time I walk in. They are willing to help out with anything us members need from them. The community at this studio is unmatched. I love everyone’s attitude and willingness to work hard each and every day and we owe that to our amazing coaching staff.
