"Very overpriced except for the $2 glasses. Broken furniture for $478!? These aren't vintage pieces that are one of a kind. Make the prices 90% off and I'll be back. Who pays $160 for a blanket?"

"It looks very underwhelming when you walk in, nothing like I expected from Pottery Barn... outlet or not. Furniture is stacked and po0orly laid out. Items look dirty and and everything seems way over priced. I will never come back, not worth the time or effort."

"Asking about 20% off of full price with most of all goods are badly damaged. You feel strained to buy anything because of the work you'll have to do to mend the item. Badly Scratched and broken and barely marked down. It's absurd to be asking 600$ for a nightstand that is chipped on each side. Not an outlet, save the drive and just go to pottery barn if you have the cash."

"Got my dining table- originally $2000 for $800! It has an about a 2” scratch on the side but is literally not noticeable. They had another one of the same table that was missing the end detail pieces that was the exact same price as the one I got, and they wouldn’t budge on the price of the table that was missing the pieces… so that was weird, I mean it was literally missing pieces. A lot of the stuff is still pretty expensive, but you can find some pretty good deals if you look well"

"Honestly, you’d have better luck purchasing items, full price when they’re on sale for the discount they have here. Most items are scratched, or as you can see completely damaged beyond repair. Discounts are minimal. In my opinion, it’s not worth the trip unless you live five minutes away. Granted, you can find a few deals here and there. Why dig through bins full of garbage, when you can just go to the store. Not very impressed, if you want people to actually buy items at the store, you may need to mark them down more than 1/100 of a percent…"
