"No sign of life other than the pidgons that are everywhere. The planes and vehicles were interesting but I wouldn't drive a long distance to go here."

"I drove by there in December, and it looks closed. The little I could find on the internet says the owner Hans Lauridsen put all of the aircraft up for sale as a collection couple years ago. I believe at least the B-25 was sold."

"The grounds of the museum are not really marked. I drove to the Buckeye regional airport and then drove over the dirt to get to where I could see the C-119 and the Albatross in the distance being careful to avoid any areas marked as airport operational zones. There didn't appear to be anyone at the museum grounds which confirms what the website says (that they're not doing any tours at the moment). There aren't too many aircraft out in the open apart from the C-119 and Albatross - I saw a DC-3 and an A-26 as well as a bunch of vintage engines and the fuselage of a PB2Y Catalina. I greatly respect the passion and drive of the folks running the museum and restoring the aircraft however I wish they could provide more information on how to visit. A few signboards with directions would go a long way."

"It was fun to visit but it's not really "open." There was no one there and the road in was gated. We went to the airport and no one knew anything about it. So we parked the car and walked over staying out of anything that said "restricted." No one was there so we enjoyed the vehicles, took some pictures and were on our way. Watch out for fire ants. Lots of those around. No one was attacked."

"It's not obvious if the museum is active or not. No sign of life other than the pidgons that are everywhere. The planes and vehicles were interesting but I wouldn't drive a long distance to go here."
