"Kids always have fun, and I like that there’s lots of seating options for adults. Equipment is clean and cared for, unlike another indoor play place down the street. Yeah there’s some chunks taken out of the foam squares but they aren’t visibly dirty. They also do a good job swapping out things"

"Had a birthday party here. I wanted to sign up our 2 girls for the membership they offered the young lady had informed us about. I told her not the other children as they were their cousins from out of state. The young lady accidentally signed them all up. Her error. She couldn't reverse it. I asked if she could have the owner or manager correct. They wouldn't call me, return calls nor respond. I was able to talk to her again on the phone and she told me they can't do anything. So I had to pay for a 3 month membership for additional kids out of state from Alaska. Then I had to come in person to cancel as that is the only way to cancel that contract. We will not be back."

"I called on 03/09 to schedule a birthday party for my son and spoke with Jennifer. When I was trying to count the numbers of kids she seemed in a hurry so I didn’t want to waste her time and told her I would call back. I had been trying to get someone on the phone ever since. Today 03/11 I finally get someone to answer and speak with Jennifer again she seems bothered so I finally tell her this is a kids place to be a little cheerful. After that she refuses to book me a party. She says her supervisors name is Kendall and I speak with a Kendall. I asked her if this was a privately owned business and she dosent know. Not sure who the real supervisor is She tells me she will speak to Jennifer and call me back in a day or so to see if I can be scheduled. Never did I scream at the lady or use any language to offend her. First time having this awful experience here. I had went to a prior birthday party and saw the kids had enjoyed it. My thoughts have changed after this."

"We found this place from a friend of hour and it was just what we were looking for. It's not super big but the size is just right to keep an eye on the kiddos it's definitely not too small. My son loves it and with the membership He can socialize with other kids get all of his energy out and come back the following week. I find that for the price it's been worth it. We have the 7 day membership to go any day during open hours. We don't always eat the food but there is a discount with the 7 day membership. We often bring a water bottle in the car or a chest and keep snacks and cold drinks. We've had a great experience here."
