"Absolutely terrible front desk service. Lobby stinks. Just a hassle. Our stay was based on location we needed to be and availablilty due to Spring Training. Booked a 2-queen room through Hilton-member app and clerk gave us a King bed. Went to switch and clerk stated they're booked. My reply: I want my money back, but amazingly a room was now available. Terrible parking situation you are charged for in a parking garage shared with the public across the street. Definitely not worth the over priced stay when they gouge you for all amenities."
"This hotel is right in the center of downtown, if you are looking for nights out and good local coffee within walking distance of your stay this place is perfect. If you are looking for a quiet family stay.. probably not the hotel for you. The price is fair when you compare it to hotels in the surrounding area. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Be warned, it is very loud on a Friday/Saturday/holiday night as this is in downtown."
"Place is in a great location if you’re looking for a night out,place was way over priced for the quality of room you’re staying in, but what isn’t overpriced during spring training? The staff was very friendly and helpful. My contactless key never worked on my room for some reason which has been a Hilton app problem for me from the get go. Also seemed a closet and hall light were burnt out in the room. Not a huge deal but for 300+ a night you expect these things to work. If you’re looking for a nice quiet stay to get well rested, this isn’t the spot on a Friday night, lots of partying and noise going on around the hotel. Overall not a bad experience at all."
"Had a great night's sleep for a long days work next day. Room was clean well appointed. I didn't stay for the view only business. So close to some great restaurants and club bars. Staff was really nice from check in to check out. Looking forward to staying again in a few weeks.."
