"This is a great hotel with a few minor flaws in the rooms. I had a nice quiet room at the end of the hall and it was very peaceful. Service was great as well. However, the hot water takes forever to heat up and water pressure is terrible. If you have long hair you'll be super frustrated. No real door on the bathroom, just frosted glass sliding door so it's really not very private. The beds are super soft so it's not comfortable for everyone. If you have a bad back, this isn't a good choice. No full length mirror in the room. Overall, not a bad choice at all and I'd definitely stay here again."
"After a rocky start and a negative review, I removed it and replaced it with this one. While I feel the M Club cuts some corners and could be better, and the fact that the hotel is on a very busy road, the pool area is wonderful with heated water (like a bath!), piped in music and plenty of chairs (no jacuzzi). The fitness center is wonderful with all kinds of modern and clean equipment and a Peloton. Our experience has improved since we first got here. On the weekends the M Club is “open” for bottled drinks but during the day you have to ask for snacks at the front desk which I find odd. Good bathroom products and staff are pretty nice. We would probably come back for the pool area and fitness center."
"Great place to stay. Quiet, and away from most noise, but close enough to the 202 to be anywhere in phoenix in short order. Staff is awesome and very accommodating. Loved staying here, has become my go to for Phoenix-metro stays."
"Arrived at the hotel early due to an early morning flight. Alex at the front desk checked us in without any hesitations or issues. She was very nice and friendly. The bar/restaurant had great food and drinks. Bartenders Jonathan and Anaya were wonderful and super friendly. Jonathan's drink "The Grinch" was absolutely amazing. Our room was nice and clean, and so was the entire hotel. Great location. Had a great stay!"
