"I stayed here at the Embassy Suites while attending the Arizona Association of REALTORS Leadership Training Academy as the White Mountain Association of REALTORS 2024 President Elect. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The place had a very comfortable feeling throughout the stay. The food and drinks were fantastic as well. We had catered lunches and the breakfast buffet was fantastic."

"This is by far the best Embassy Suites we've ever visited. We had a last-of-life and then funeral in the area and ended up staying two weeks instead of one. The front desk staff were so considerate to the last minute extension of departure date. But let me tell you, the bar staff went above and beyond. They knew the situation we were in and genuinely took care of my wife and I while we visited. Nikko, Nate, John & all the others (sorry woman who's name I forgot) were truly fantastic to us! They showed compassion and empathy as we worked through the challenging times. What a stellar staff! Thank you to all of the crew at the Embassy Suites, you made a difficult time easier on us."

"This place is ran very well. All the staff take their duties seriously. They are kind, hardworking people from the manager Cameron to the house keeper Maria to the breakfast cook Micheal and friends and let's not forget he breakfast greeter which I forgot his name. You all should be proud of the job you do and know you are one of the best embassy suites we have been to. I would rate you 4.5 -4.70 star next to the Embassy Suites in on Lake Buena Vista, Florida. "The staff was friendly and accommodating, BUT I think that they are under-staffed, so they can't really deliver the way that they need to. As a result, the bathroom was NOT cleaned! There were drops of blood on the bathtub, as well as hair on the drain. The bathtub lining itself was peeling. It did not look professional or sanitary. I called down to the operator...no answer. Then I went down to the front desk, twice, no one was there. Granted, it was after midnight. But hotels are supposed to be 24/7. The rest of the room was nice; had a large mini fridge and a patio to sit on. However, the bedroom had a fire detector in the room, that flashed green in the pitch dark bedroom, every 15 seconds! Ugh! Thank goodness I traveled with a sleeping eye mask. Otherwise, it would have been aggravating! I've never experienced that at a hotel before. We were running behind with preparations, so the hotel gave us a super late check-out. We were grateful for that. But using the bathroom was uncomfortable and no one showered ! :("

"Great location for Mayo Clinic patients. Location is convenient for sightseeing and shopping. Breakfast was amazing and the staff helped me prep and wrap a plate to take to the room. They offered to deliver it too. (I walk with a cane.) The happy hour beverages are perfect with happy bartenders. The hot tub was just right! If you ask for an accessible room, please specify if you need walk in shower. Vehicle chargers are around the back near driving range. Could use a bit more light on the path from the chargers to the front door. Definitely a place we'll remember for our next visit!"
