"I really like how well SMIL is organized these days. Friendly staff. I was in and out in around 20 minutes with a minimum of repetitious paperwork (one simple page). Then one of the staff came over to me with a tablet to ask insurance questions. I was in and out of the CT imaging room in about 15 minutes. I received my results in about 2 hours. A smooth sweetly run operation. CONGRATULATIONS to the SMIL team."
"Outstanding in every way! I had an appointment for a brain MRI, and I was nervous, having never had one before. The front desk was efficient and friendly. They took me in immediately. Both Autumn and Tammy were wonderful. They put me at ease, got a warm blanket, which calmed me from the warmth and weight of it. Autumn explained exactly what to expect, and she padded my ears well from the sound. During the scan she gave me verbal cues about each upcoming picture, what noise to expect and how long it would last. She made me completely relaxed, able to lie perfectly still, and the scans were clear. Then Tammy helped me open my locker because I couldn’t see the numbers. What kind, caring people! It really makes a difference."
"Scheduling is rough sometimes. I just press 1 to hold my place in line and let them call me back. Jay was so wonderful from scheduling. At the location everyone we encountered was wonderful. Such a friendly staff. They all appear to really enjoy helping people."
"I have been to at least six SMIL locations over the last 20 years. I’ve had X-rays, mammograms, ultrasounds, MRIs CTs, PETs and biopsies. I can not think of one complaint about all of my many visits. The techs, schedulers, office staff are always so friendly and efficient. I don’t think I’ve ever waited more that 15 minutes to be called back. Reports are usually provided the same day after testing. I’ve been to that other big chain that starts with an S (when I had bad insurance) a couple times and it was the exact opposite experience. I recommend SMIL to others all the time. I’m so thankful to have such quality care close to home."
