"We stayed here for 3 nights during a visit with family and were a bit underwhelmed. On the positive side all the staff from the front desk to the valet were friendly and helpful, the location is great (two blocks from a grocery store, near many restaurants and attractions), and there was a mini fridge in the room. Not so great: while the rooms seem to be recently updated and mostly clean, there were splatters on the armoire in the bathroom and on some walls, the toilet/shower space door didn't close all the way (not a deal breaker for us as a couple but people like their privacy), there was a hole in the bed linens, and sound from the street was pretty loud despite being on the 14th floor. Additionally the in-room coffee maker was broken. I know I know, that's what Starbucks in the lobby is for but sometimes you need that "step 1 coffee" to get you out the door to the $6 coffee. Lastly, you get assaulted with the strongest scent as you walk in the lobby door. It's not a bad scent, but being blasted in the face with it is off-putting. All told our stay was ok, but for over $300 per night it could have been better."

"Attended a workshop there and the place is really nice. Conference rooms well maintained and have good ventilation in them. We had lunch included with the workshop and the food was excellent. You have to check out the owl on the TV monitor in the downstairs restroom wash area."

"There were 7 of us that stayed for 4 nights while we had an event here. Hotel check in was easy, the staff was nice. The restaurant had good food and service was prompt. There was a nice gift shop. There were different issues with the room cleanliness. The rooms are remodeled but on the smaller side. The hotel is in a great location downtown near lots of restaurants and event center."

"I went to an event here and ate at the restaurant beforehand. The hotel is beautiful and was decorated for Christmas beautifully. The food we ordered was delicious and they also have a nice variety to choose from. They have vegan options, too. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have valet parking, which can be hectic due to the small driveway area. The hotel is in a good are close to lots of stuff downtown."
