"This is a very very understaffed location! I however, was able to walk in and get my labs done towards the end of the day around 4:00 when they close at 5:00. I was very very grateful the women were all wonderful, the check-in desk was clean and germ-free it appeared..... And the entire waiting room was packed full of people. They will give you the option to wait outside and have them text you when your name comes up and it is your turn. That is what I did and it worked perfectly and although they kept apologizing for the long wait time I was absolutely impressed with how quick it was. They are all very courteous they are very professional it's very clean and very fast. I definitely give this place an excellent reading because I have Labs done different places and I appreciate your professionalism, personable service and the clean environment. You ladies are doing wonderful thank you for your hard work!"
"I'll be the first to admit that I'm not sure how a lab should run, but I know that this one has horrible operations. We waited nearly two hours and, while we were a walk in, there were people here with an appointment waiting nearly as long. There would be periods where no one was being called back, yet we would see groups of staff standing around the front desk, so I'm not sure who was even doing what. There was extreme disorganization and it was a long, awful experience."
"Brought my 2 year old here for blood work after a different lab kept missing his veins. Elizabeth was AMAZING with him! Got him in one stick and was able to get all the blood needed. She was so good with my son too talking to him and keeping him distracted the whole time. Will definitely be back if we need more labs done!"
"Very efficient blood draw laboratory. Office is small and there is often a short wait of 10-20 minutes for walk ins. At more crowded times, walk ins can wait for 30 minutes or more. The laboratory usually processes results quickly in about a day or two."
