"The facility is clean and professional, and I had a good experience with most of the staff I interacted with, the extraordinary exception being the PA (Andrew) responsible for my biopsy procedure. Andrew is a callous individual with the worst bedside manner I've ever seen. I was very nervous for my biopsy, and instead of showing me care and compassion, he worked my nerves to the point that we had to terminate the procedure halfway through. We started the procedure with me nervous, yet confident that I could get through it, and we ended it with me in tears and hyperventilating, directly due to the treatment I received from Andrew. Among many issues, rather than showing me care and calmness, he told me repeatedly that he needed me to "stop talking" when I kept begging him for guidance on how to get through what he was asking me to do. While this man has given me medical trauma like I've never had before, the facility itself was fine. I will just never let Andrew personally anywhere near my healthcare again."
"I have always had good experiences with Banner imaging. The New River facility was great. Easy check in, kind and knowledgeable techs for procedures. Highly recommend. My only criticism is that for the second time, text messages sent to me before the procedure were not an accurate representation of what I needed to do. Initially, I was told I didn’t need to drink any water prior to the ultrasound. Two days before I got a text message with completely different directions that were wrong. Banner, stop sending auto generated directions pre-procedure."
"The banner imaging facility on 78th Ave and Beardsley was so clean, beautiful offices, and everyone was so nice, welcoming, and supportive. I also loved the wait times! I think longest I waited was five minutes lol! I have already recommended it to my family and friends!"
