"I felt it was a rushed check in process with the medical history/overview done very quickly. There was very little information given on the actual mri procedure itself and no instructions on how or when to receive the results. It all felt very rushed and mechanical. I was nervous about the procedure and the aftermath results and would have loved a little more information and care along the way."

"This place is absurd and per the BBB, I have a feeling they are scamming a lot. I am in network here with insurance and get 100% free annual mammogram. They coded me under another tax ID number and my insurance shows I owe over 700 dollars. I spoke to UHC and they told me this is absolutely uncalled for and to not pay anything to this company. Do better."

"I have had many scans done. This was by far the worst experience. The tech was not friendly at all. I think the lights were out, but it was dark and very unwelcoming. I had to have contrast, the tech did an awful job of injecting it. She put the needed in and then proceeded to move it around. Very painful. It continued to be painful for the next 10 days with a lot of swelling & bruising. Awful experience. I would not recommend this facility."

"Setting up the appointment was a hassle telling me that there is a waiting period for approval through my insurance. I contacted my insurance and was told there is no waiting period. I contacted SimmonMed and rescheduled my app without hassle. When I arrived to the facility the front office told me I had to pay $600 before services and established a minimum payment and time frame with no further explanation or assistance. The tec was great and pleasant to work with. The changing room, floor, and facility was not clean and as it should be with the amount of moving i had to do in my socks and gown. The dressing room floor needed be mopped and I was later pulling unidentified objects from my socks. The only positive I have with SimoneMed is the tech himself."

"Not coming back to this location anymore. It is a Hot mess. Very Unprofessional. I've been rescheduled for my MRI Twice now. No thank you on a third. Get it right the first time people. Us sick patients can't keep coming back and forth. I don't care who made a mistake. Wasting my time isn't fixing anything."
