"I have left a total of 6 messages at this location and another 6 messages at another location. I am JUST TRYING TO FIND OUT IF MY DUAGHTER NEEDS TO FAST FOR HER LAB WORK!!!!! NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK AND NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. I CAN'T MAKE AN APPT UNLESS I KNOW IF SHE NEEDS TO FAST OR NOT. "The first time I was at this location, Emely was my phlebotomist. I had a very good surprise for her and it was a public service announcement for people not to be scared of butterfly needles. "I showed up, I checked in, and they were on time. The girl who took my blood was awesome. She nailed the vein on the first attempt. She was so good I didn't even bruise. I bet if you showed up and didn't know how to check in or hates technology, you'd really dislike this place. If you can't use the tablet, the person at the front desk is not going to be happy. If you don't mind using a tablet, have your ID, and have your insurance card, you're not going to have any issues."
"Ladies at the front desk were very polite however the phlebotomist was extremely cold. I’ve never had an issue with blood draws until today. It was extremely painful. He kept pushing the needle in deeper and deeper even as I expressed discomfort. Took him forever to find vein. No apology, nothing. This experience was traumatic."
"I've been going to labcorp for years but no longer as they have the worst billing department and customer service I've experienced in the health-care industry. The staff at the labs are actually very professional and friendly but they always bill my secondary insurance and that never gets resolved through their billing department and as far as customer service well there is none. I have other options and will never patronize labcorp again."
