"If there was a 0 star option, they would get it. Went for a CT scan and told I had to pay $220. I thought that was a bit much so I asked why so expensive? They said that was my portion after insurance so I paid. Fast forward 2 months and my insurance said I have met $0 of my deductible which means they never even billed my insurance and I paid out of pocket at the visit. They knew I would pay more than the insurance would pay and they didn't tell me. That is shady and I am now looking to see if they can be penalized for pulling things like this. Worst of all, their billing is 3rd party so getting in touch with them is almost impossible. My advice, stay away from this establishment."

"Is great with My Humana Gold coverage...no copay needed Dr. sent me to Simon med and they wanted 150 copay...had MRI today at Sun and All went well...saved 150 Dollars... 5 Stars for Sun radiology"

"I scheduled an MRI. When I checked in they said no service until I pay the balance of the medicare deductible. They didn't take into account that I had already been to the doctor to get the MRI and since it wasn't recorded by medicare they wanted the money. So, of course I paid them and now I can't get a refund because no one ever answers the phone in the billing department. I left a message to no avail. This seems like medicare fraud. Now I have been billed by dermatologist because they think I still have a deductible....which I overpaid to Sun Radiology. What a mess. I called medicare and they won't fix it either."

"I went for an MRI Aug, 2020. They charged me 200.00 dollars. I called my insurance company and come to find out I was only suppose to pay 94.00. I called Sun Radiology they told me they do not take care of the billing a 3rd party does. I called them. They told me to call back in 4 weeks their system was down. I called back in 4 weeks only to be told call back in 1 week their system has some issues with it and its getting worked on. I called back in 1 week and talk to the person who handles the account. I was placed on hold for 10 mins when they came back to the phone I was told that I was over charged and they would process this and submit it to Sun Radiology for my refund. Well I called back 2 weeks ago because I still have not received my refund. I was place on hold transferred to everyone in the office only to have to explain why I was calling every time. I asked to speak with a supervisor only to be transferred back to the 3 party billing company. I had to call back to get transfer to 3 different people to get sent to voicemail. No one never called back. I called today to the 3rd party billing to be told they have submitted for all the patients refunds and we need to talk to Sun Radiology. I called over there and it's the same transfer from one person to another. This is very unprofessional. I worked for a medical office and I know how the process works. I would never recommend anyone to go here. Unprofessional when it comes to getting help for money that they over charged me. Please find out how much your suppose to pay from your insurance company. Because this place is a RIP off when it comes to taking your money they have no problem but when you have a problem it's not taken care of. All I want is my money and I'm never coming here again."

"They called my husbands phone to set up an appointment, and left a voicemail. I called back and left a voicemail with very detailed instructions about who I was and to please call MY number, gave her the number, etc. She called my husbands phone again and left another voicemail. This went on 3 times. I finally called a different phone number and selected the options to "schedule an appoitnment". When I spoke to a human, she told me that we did not have to schedule an appointment and that we could just come in when it was convienient for us. We went the next day to the location closest to our home and the office was closed for remodeling. Unbelieveable - we will definately NOT be doing business with this company EVER."
