"The radiologist did a great job. She took her time and got all the shots the doctor asked for. Even did some shots that are not normal but got through them all. I appreciate the effort from her and the extra time taken. Evernorth Sun City facility."
"Your website states that I can make an appointment, which I did for this morning. All of my input was accepted and the system acknowledged my appointment. However, when I arrived at the Thunderbird location, I was told that they do not accept appointments AZ nd I would have to wait. That took an additional 25 minutes to do so. Not happy about the experience!"
"The technician was very polite and professional taking the x-rays for the mammogram. The only complaint would not be against Arizona diagnostic radiology. It would be against the wait time to get seen that should’ve been a lot shorter. Got there at 9:20 however, my appointment was 945. Did not get back in the waiting room till 10:25am. the rest, was easy, and fast."
"My tech for my mammogram was awesome! The only frustrating part was when I got to the clinic a woman was standing at the check in counter wanting to make an appointment as she didn’t have one. 25 minutes she was at the counter while the line was getting longer. I finally got checked in but was immediately called back so could not fill out the paperwork. But other than that everything was great and really loved the man that delivered us from our car to the front door. Now that is five star service."
"I had to wait for an hour and 45 minutes to get an x ray done because they could not enter me into the system. Allegedly four different people tried but they did not give me an update until I approached the counter to ask. They would have left me waiting all day. Please train your employees better and teach them how to use the system. The x ray technician was super nice and it took like 5 minutes to get it done."
