"Called ahead yesterday while traveling in my RV to try to reserve a spot for a 6 month stay. Called the listed number and said "hello how is your day going" and got hung up on. Called back several times and kept getting sent to voice mail. Now today I'm sitting outside their office for 2 hours waiting on it to open and nothing. Called the listed number and straight to voice mail. Simply can't get anyone to answer."

"I won’t write what I want to but Sheila manager is letting all her family live on site takes good care of them while screwing everyone else. Sells drugs through the place as cars constantly going in and out one of her nephew tried selling drugs to my 15 year old son. Evicted me my wife and 6 kids. I had an organization going to pay my rent plus up to a year but denied for no reason then held my rv hostage until we paid that same money. I would not live there unless u want ur life ruined. Scum of a human funny how these people oh Sheila lol family members. Makes me sick. People like her should not be allowed to be a manager at a park like this. Sheila is a scam artist and has her brother in maintenance. I will definitely be contacting corporate. Also I noticed that she pulls down the reviews that don’t suit her."

"I’m very happy with my stay here. Sheila was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Can’t beat the price. My only complaints is that there’s not much good food near. It’s mostly fast food and Mexican food trucks. Gyms are far also. Overall it’s a great park and they make checking in easy, unlike some other parks. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in Tucson."

"My wife and I live a RV life. We were staying at koa camps paying the monthly rates which is tough. Couldn't afford it anymore so we called around and found Palo Verde. We never knew the have transitioned in to a RV park as well as still being mobile home park. Prices are half of what we were paying at the koa. The owner and manger Sheila are really cleaning up the place from what it used to be. We planned only staying here for a weekend and ended up staying 3 months now. Any problems or issues at all and Sheila is rite on top of it. She is great and really on top of things. As well as being understanding along with the price makes living there a great experience and a safe place to call home. They are still working on more for the park to make it even better. Keep up the great work."
