"What a fun , kitschy place to stay. Loved it! Next to everything we wanted and it was for 2 nights. Safe and Toni is accommodating. Great place right off the highway. Can accommodate last minute people that just need a place for a night just for a call pretty much at anytime and she’ll let you in. Toni puts out fresh eggs from her free range chickens and you can get them for free. She also has a free laundry and a free ice machine. The lounge area is for anybody to use. There’s a pool, but it was closed. it’s so cool! We will definitely come back again:)"

"We originally came here on a Harvest Host 2 years ago. We have been back now 4 times and will always come back when in the Tucson area. We stayed 4 nights this time to get some maintenance done, the dog groomed and hubby’s hearing aids. Toni is the nicest person and the location is safe and secure. We had a rain storm and she was busy putting down astro turf mats to keep us out of the puddles. Coffee and happy hour on the patio every morning and evening are a must! Met the nicest people! Didn’t stay in a motel room but the people we met loved it. Quaint cool kitschy location! Oh the hot showers in the pink bathroom are wonderful !"

"We were in our Sprinter Van, did not stay in the rooms, however, the “clubhouse” area with free coffee and free free-range eggs (from the free range chickens roaming the property) was the bomb! Fire pit, full kitchen for use, free laundry, etc…Toni the owner / manager / great human, was there to meet your every need and very customer focused. The Retro Vibe here is so cool and there is a food truck out front and a wine and spirit shop out the back! We stayed here for 3 nights and loved it! Highly recommend!!"

"I travel full-time in my camper van with my two dogs, and I've stayed in a lot of places. This is my favorite so far! I felt at home there. Toni is so welcoming, and she makes sure you're comfortable and told of all the awesome amenities. The entire property is beautiful, clean, well-maintained. There are free chicken eggs available that you can cook in a kitchen that makes you feel like you've gone back in time. Everything works in there. Everything is so clean and shiny. I decided to cook a meal on the really neat stove. And I found myself having fun as I cooked. The entire clubhouse is like that. Things from a different time that still work, reminding you we may not be actually making things more convenient as the years go by. There's a covered fire pit that Toni starts a fire in at night. They have outdoor movies. Clean bathrooms and showers. Even little grass pads next to your parking spot which Toni moved to just the right spot for me and my dogs. You have your own trash can. Free coffee in the morning. Really good coffee. I can keep going, but you probably get it by now. Come stay at El Pais. You will be happy you did. Thanks for everything Toni.
